Mr Banapa Avatea – New Principal of
Flat Bush School in Otara.

The Powhiri was attended by a number of Otara and NZPPA Principals as well as Friends and Family, NZ Police, RTLB Cluster and BOT, Staff and students of Huntly West School.
Banapa came to Flat Bush after being Principal of Huntly West School for the past 3 years. Banapa is of Cook Islands Maori heritage and is an absolute asset now for the education system in Otara … Congratulations Banapa!
